by: dalmatianqueen

A group of Secondary school kids have won an award for their film, ‘The Message,’ which won United Kingdom's Best Short film and Best Short film in the 8-13 category. The film was written by Jazmin Williams and Bronwyn Ellis, Directed by Matthew Leon. The actors/actresses were: Bronwyn Ellis, Jazmin Williams, Ellen Bowen and Ethan Gwyn. This film was made by South Wales, Rhondda Cynon Taf's E3+ Program.

"I am so glad we won these awards!" says Jazmin Williams. "I hope we can go further with this film or other films and pick up more awards" "It was really fun to make!" says Bronwyn Ellis. "It's going to be shown to the Welsh Assembly, who are a bunch of important people from Wales!

The Message was shot in a one four hour workshop day with E3+. "E3+ is a Brilliant way to make new friends, find new hobbies and learn new things," says Director, Matthew Leon.

Look out for these guys soon for their next film that’s being filmed now!
