Softball |

 Softball is an
interesting sport. You
run, throw, swing, and
pitch. Plus, it's
exciting to watch! I
play softball and I'm
pretty talented!
Softball is not just
some game where all you
do is run around a
diamond, it's more that
that- it's teamwork. If
you are on some type of
team where you have to
work together with
people than you know
what it feels like to be
on a softball team. You
learn that it's better
to work with other
people than just for
yourself when you're on
a softball team. |

| Give Volleyball a Chance |

 Obviously,
sports have become
extremely popular
lately. I've heard great
stories of how people
have scored a touchdown
in football, a home run
in baseball, or maybe
even a strike in bowling
(not to be confused with
a strike in baseball,
which is a bad thing).
But has anyone on this
site ever given
volleyball a try? I
have, and I love it. I
play on the new
volleyball team at my
YMCA, and it has really
given me the chance to
get out and play with
the other girls!
Everyone is so nice, and
we make a really great
team. When you serve the
ball and the other team
can't "return" it, you
get a feeling inside you
of pure joy and
happiness. You really
feel like you've
accomplished something.
And that is why I would
recommend volleyball! |
