Changing the World. Making a Difference
By: flutist98
They sound impossible, but they're really quite easy to do! "How can I make
a change???" You might ask.
It's simple. You know that nerdy kid that you went to grade school with,
that's now in your homeroom and social studies class? The one with no
friends? The one people laugh at? You can easily change HIS world. Just talk
to him and listen to what he says. Stand up for him, even when he's not
around. STAND UP FOR HIM. You never know when YOU reaching out to him might
help the world.
Then there's that old empty lot your neighbor owns that people use as a
landfill. Get some friends together and clean it up! [With permission!!!]Put
up a sign that says no littering. Maybe even plant a few trees and bushes!
Or what about the school fundraiser to help kids with cancer? Don't just
throw away the pledge sheet, actually help! Those gorgeous homemade
necklaces you make? Sell them and donate the money! Groups of kids sold
rubber bracelets for the oil spill, they raised THOUSANDS!!!
Maybe the money you raise will save a life, or a habitat for animals...
There are SOOOO many more ways you can help our world!!!
I could list a ton, but I'm just trying to get one point across.
The smallest things make the biggest impact.
Make a difference, save a life, CHANGE THE WORLD.
Making a Difference Around The World
By: Julie4803101
There are a bunch of kids around the world who have no shelter, no food,
no family's to live with. We can make a difference by making a note or
sending some supplies to them such as some clothes and a toothbrush and
toothpaste and sending those supplies show that you care about the homeless
kids around the world. If you care a lot about it just ask your parents to
adopt a homeless child and we need to hurry because there are a lot of bad
people around the world and some homeless kids have gone missing because the
bad people took them! It's all true so call now to adopt.

Believe it or Not…
By: froggyiam
Believe It or Not, there are many ways to make a difference in the world!
These things are: Planting, turning off a light when you leave a room, and
not using things that contain CFCs (chlorofluorocarbons). CFCs are things
found in aerosol-containing things, like hairspray. These CFCs are harmful
to the Ozone layer, and when the Ozone layer is harmed, global warming takes
place, like it is now, and the polar bears die, because the ice they live on
melts! Everyone loves polar bears! Wouldn't you hate to see them die? It's
never too late to help the Earth. Why not start now?!
Horses as a Pet Animal
By: slice
Horses have always been my favourite animal. Unfortunately where i live they
are maltreated and mislead and sometimes killed so me and my friends decided
to create awareness on this issue because now there isn't any proper way to
get a horse as a pet animal, me and my friends will like to start a horse
protection agency through the government. pls send your ideas and comments.

Helping Haiti
By: Pandalover12
Hi my name is gabbi and i started collecting loose change from my friends
and my parents and guess were it all went. It went to Haiti. Haiti is a
small carribean island and just last year they were hit with one if the
biggest earthquakes in the world. Suddenly they became a very poor country
or island. My change was given to the american red cross and they put it in
there Haiti fund. It felt good making a difference. And i know my profit is
kids all over haiti. I love Haiti and i hope you do too.
