| Hot Cocoa Mug Cakes

Hot cocoa is great on a cold winter day, but fresh mug cakes are even better! These sweet treats are baked and eaten right in your favorite mug, and are delicious topped with mini marshmallows or crushed candy canes.
Ingredients:
- Your Favorite Mug!
- 4 Tablespoons All Purpose Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Baking Cocoa
- 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Egg
- 3 Tablespoons Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Oil
- Small Splash of Vanilla
- Whipped Cream (Optional)
- Chocolate Chips (Optional)
- Crushed Candy Canes (Optional)
- Mini Marshmallows (Optional)
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa and baking powder.
2. Add in the milk, oil, egg and vanilla. Mix well.
3. Lightly grease the mug, and pour in the batter.
4. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
5. Allow a few minutes for the cake to cool, and top with whipped cream, mini marshmallows, crushed candy canes, chocolate chips or any other toppings you desire.
6. ENJOY!
