**SOY MILK is (duh) made from soybeans. It is chock-o-block full of body-building protein and cold-preventing genestein, a powerful phytochemical. Soybeans have been a staple in Asian cuisines for centuries, but until recently were ignored or even disdained in the United States. No more! Interest in soyfoods has exploded due to reports about their many health benefits. Some even call soy a "miracle food."
