you will need:

sugar
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 eggs (beaten)
3 ripe bananas
3 ripe bananas
1 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of baking soda
2 cup flour
2 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp salt
4 tsp sour milk (add a smidge of vinegar to made sour)

1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup shortening
directions:
  1. Cream shortening and add sugar and beat it well.
  2. Beat the eggs and mash the bananas add them to the sugar and shortening.
  3. Sift flour, salt, and baking soda and add alternately with sour milk and beat ītill it is smooth.
  4. Bake in a greased pan at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until itīs done.

Cool before slicing. Enjoy!!!
