IF IN A FIGHT WITH FRIENDS —
By: Cassie, 11, PA (aka Bling36)

girls fight

If you and a friend are fighting, don’t be afraid to talk it out with her. If you stay calm, don’t yell and listen to your friend it will be better. If you yell at her it might seem to her that you don’t want to listen to her. If you stay calm she’ll probably feel as if you are willing to listen to her and you want to make things better. If you listen to and tell her truthfully what’s bugging you she’ll feel as if you care about her feelings. And whatever you do DON’T use the words "always" and "never." If you say to her, "you are ALWAYS late!!" that makes her feel as if you don’t give her a chance to express her feelings. Remember friends are important so YOU decide how to handle the situation.
