Fairy Tale Charity is my personal charity where, with the help of my family, we provide assistance, such as building wells for easy access to clean water, repair roofs for decent shelter, and provide medicines to the elderly, sick, and disabled in lesser fortunate villages in Indonesia.

This charity was inspired by an event that occurred when I was 12, where my Mom took me on my 1st train ride to the capital city, Jakarta. On that 4 hour ride I saw, for the first time, so many poor villages surrounding the city. In particular, I remember seeing a frail old lady who seemed ill and sad sitting on the ground, looking at the train slowly passing by, occasionally wiping her face from the rain.

I said to myself that day “when I’m a grown up I’m gonna come back to these villages and find a way to help.” Then my dream came true! Several years later, I won a greencard lottery, moved to the US, began making a living as an actress and started FTC with my own resources.
