When you were all little, I am sure that one of your favorite movies was Disney’s Cinderella. A Cinderella Story, starring Hilary Duff and Chad Michael Murry, is a modernized version of the classic happy ending. Sam, Hilary, lives with her step-mom and two stepsisters who treat her terrible. Despite this, she’s an all A student and has her mind set on graduating early and going to Princeton University. While in a Princeton chat room, she starts talking to this boy and they become very good friends. The only thing is, is that they never have met. This mystery boy happens to be Austin Aimes who is the star football player and absolutely gorgeous! The two decide to meet at the Halloween Ball in the middle of the dance floor at 11 pm. Sam sets her cell phone alarm because she needs to be back at the diner at 12 o’clock. She has to leave and never has the chance to tell him who she is. Austin is determined to find out who “Cinderella” is and finally he does, just not in the way that he was supposed to find out…

It’s a feel-good movie about finding love and standing up for yourself. Hilary Duff and Chad Michael Murry have unbelievable chemistry and the story falls into place with a good lesson to be learned. Girls, you will want your own Cinderella story after watching this one.
