1. I’d Tell You I Love You, but Then I’d Have to Kill You by Ally Carter
Being a girl is tough, but being a spy is even tougher. Cammie Morgan goes to The Gallagher Academy for Exceptional Young Women, where she trains to be a spy with all the latest gadgets and gizmos. She can speak fourteen different languages, but the one she is having trouble with? The language of love. How can she be honest with a regular boy if she can’t tell him who she really is? Can this teenage spy crack the code of how to solve this problem? Check out this super secret book to find out more.

2. Meet Kit by Valerie Tripp
Thanks to the new movie in theaters, Kit Kittredge is getting the spotlight back on her. This American Girl character lives in the Great Depression in Cincinnati, Ohio. Kit wants to help with all the problems going on in her life. First, mother’s friend and her sickly, pampered son, Stirling, come to live with the Kittredges and then Kit’s dad loses his business. Will life ever be the same again? Kit has a six book series, so you can follow her adventures with her friends Ruthie and Stirling as they try to find happiness in such gloomy times.

3. The Ashleys by Melissa de la Cruz
The Ashleys are an exclusive group of popular girls at Miss Gamble’s Preparatory School for Girls. They’re rich, glamorous and all named Ashley, of course. But now there’s a new girl in school Lauren Page, who remembers how they treated her back in elementary school and it wasn’t pretty. She’s tired of these girls ruling over everyone and she’s not afraid to do something about it. To find out all the juicy secrets, pick up a copy of this hot new series.

4. Moving Day (Allie Finkle's Rules for Girls Series #1) by Meg Cabot
Allie Finkle is nine years old and trying to survive the 4th grade, so she makes up rules for herself to follow. In this first book, Allie’s parents tell her that they’re moving—something she’s not happy about. She has to leave her friends, be the new girl in school and stay in a creepy old house. Will Allie survive her new life? It’s up to you to find out! Check out the second book ‘The New Girl’ coming in August.
