The city that never sleeps, huh? New York City is one of the most incredible places ever with so many interesting and different places to see. With over 8 million people living there, you are sure to see all sorts of different styles and personalities.

When you visit the city, a really fun place is Chinatown. You can get all sorts of jewelry, hair accessories, and fake bags like Louis Vitton or Prada at all the stands for really cheap!

If you head a little uptown from there, you'll be in Soho and there is the best sandwich place ever! It's called Miro's Cafe and it's on Broadway. They home make their bread and you can get the coolest food there.

There are also fun touristy things to do in New York City, like go to the Empire State Building and put quarters in the binoculars and look out at the whole city.

If you go down to Battery Park, you can take a ferry across to the Statue of Liberty – the gift that was given to the U.S. by France in 1886. It's cool because you can walk up in it and look out.

Also, don't forget to go to the world famous Central Park. You don't even feel like you are in the city anymore because it's such a beautiful and natural place. Sometimes, when one hears the world "museum" they run in the other direction, but the Space Museum called the Rose Center is so cool! You can see how much you would weigh on Mars and look at really cool rocks from space. NYC has something for just about everyone!
