you will need:
 3 chopped apples (peeled) |
 1/3 cup, cinnamon |
 1/4 cup, sugar |
 3 butter slices |
 teaspoon, cream |
 1/2 teaspoon, salt |

directions:
(get an adult to be your assistant)
Put apples, cinnamon, sugar, water, two slices of butter and salt in pot of water. Boil until the apples are firm but soft. Let cool.
Put mixture into a bowl, add the last bit of butter and cream, mix well.
Eat it now, or put it in the refrigerator and warm later.
