veggie quiche
you will need:

eggseggs
4 eggs
milk
1 cup whole milk
onion
1 small onion
pepper
pepper
salt
salt
cheddar cheese
8 ounces of cheddar or monterey jack cheese
cherry tomatos
8 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
broccoli
1 package of thawed frozen broccoli
parmesan cheese
grated parmesan cheese
pie crust
1–9" unbaked pie shell
basil
fresh or dried basil
directions:
(get an adult to be your assistant)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whip up eggs and milk. Pour in pie crust. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Cut up onion in small pieces and sauté in olive oil over low heat in a small saucepan (you may need an adult to help you here). Add onions to egg mixture.

  3. Add additional ingredients to egg mixture, sprinkle top of "pie" with fresh (or dried) basil leaves and parmesan cheese.

  4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until top is golden brown.

Serve with a salad.

Serves 3-4 people.
