you will need:
 1/2 stick butter |
  1 cup sugar & sugar for top |
 2 eggs |
 1 teaspoon vanilla |
 2 cups flour |
 2 teaspoons baking powder |
 1/2 teaspoon salt |
 1/2 cup milk |
 2 1/2 cups fresh blueberries |

directions:
(get an adult to be your assistant)
- Preheat oven to 375 and grease muffin tin with Pam or butter.
- Cream together butter & sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time and mix until blended. Add vanilla.
- Sift together flour, baking powder & salt. By hand, slowly add wet ingredients along with the milk.
- When all ingredients are mixed well, creamy-like texture, slowly and carefully add the fresh blueberries. Be careful not to squoosh them.
- Pile in the batter 3/4 full in each muffin spot and sprinkle sugar on the top. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
