#1. At the check-out counter at the mall you:

a)	Smile politely at the sales clerk and say "Thank You" when she hands you your bag.
b)	Ask the sales clerk if it's been a busy day and compliment him on his sweater.
c)	Ask the guy next to you in line if he likes the shirt you're about to buy, and then see if he'd like to help you pick out some jeans.
