rice crispy treat rainbow dessert

Ingredients:

3- tablespoons butter
4-3/4 cups mini marshmallows
4- cups rice crispy cereal
2-cups cocoa krispies
5- graham crackers, crumbled into small pieces
1- 12oz. bag chocolate chips
colored suger crystals(colors of the rainbow)

Directions:

1. combine rice crispies, cocoa krispies and graham crackers in a large bowl.
2. melt butter over low heat on stove.
3. add marshmallows and melt. remove form heat.
4. mix marshmallow mixture into cereal and stir to combine.
5. with buttered hands, press in to a 9x13 greased baking pan.
6. melt chocolate chips in the microwave. spread over top of rice crispys treats.
7. sprinkle suger srystals in a rainbow over chocolate. use reserved marshmallows for the clowds at the ends of the rainbow. refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
