The first thing I do every morning is: Brush my teeth and take my puppy out for a walk.

About my pets: My puppy Rocky is two years old and can give me a high five. Go Rocky!

I exercise: In the morning about 5-6 times a week

Lately I've been surprised by: How much my hard work is paying off and my dreams coming true.

Heaven on earth is: Pizza and a movie, with chocolate cookie for dessert.

For dinner, I like to make: Grilled chicken and asparagus
