What goes together better than peanut better and jelly? Cookies and ice cream of course! These easy ice cream sandwiches only take 15 minutes to make. Basically, you spoon ice cream in between two cookies, freeze it, roll the sandwich in chocolate chips, freeze it again, then enjoy!
If you prefer your ice cream in a cone, you can still add a special touch by making chocolate-dipped waffle cones! Ask an adult to simmer some water in a small saucepan over the stove. Hold a bowl filled with semi-sweet chocolate over the hot water until it melts. After, remove it from the stove and dip your cone in the gooey chocolate (and then in some sprinkles or candy if you'd like). Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens, then scoop in your favorite ice cream!
