Shy on stage? Don’t think you can make the team
proud? It’s common for people to feel this way. Here
are some tips and tricks for building self
confidence!
- Tell yourself that you can do it, and if you
make a mistake tell yourself that everybody
makes them!
- Take deep breaths before you go out there
and do a sport or go on stage. It may sound
stupid, but it really helps!
- Do something fun before you do the sport,
etc. It can help ease your fears, and be more
confident!
- Hang out with friends or family. It will
make you feel more relaxed.
- If you are at a game or about to go on
stage, imagine that you are at home practicing
or in the backyard. That will make you feel more
comfortable and relaxed!
- After you tried all these tips and they
worked, treat yourself to your favorite ice
cream or something else.
I hope all of these helped you with self
confidence! They helped me before I had to go on
stage for a play or dancing! So, build self
confidence and it will make things easier! |
