Keeping Old Friends and Making New Friends
By: Hannah, 12 (aka: nanners345)
If you want to make new friends and stay
close to old ones, here are some things
you can do.
- You can ask them to sit at your
lunch table. The best thing someone
wants to hear and know is that they
have a place to sit at in lunch.
- If you see someone that you
think looks nice, say an icebreaker,
like a corny joke or a compliment.
It will help you a lot.
- If you do happen to see a girl
and she is rude to you, don’t
bother, she probably has her own
friends, and you’ll be better off
not knowing her. Wherever there’s a
mean one, there’s drama!!
- Always try to make friends in
your class or classes. You’ll have
someone to sit next to, and someone
to talk to and walk through the
halls.
- Try to have a big group of
friends, that way you’ll always know
someone and if you want a break from
a couple you will always have a
bunch more to get closer to.
- Don’t forget about your old
friends! Make sure to spend your
time evenly between old and new
friends otherwise your old friends
may feel that you don’t care about
them anymore.
