Five Things to Do On the First Day of School

1. Listen and get to know your teacher.
   Usually on the first day of school Your teacher will tell you what she expects from you. If you do this you will probably get A's.
    
2. Talk to 3 people you haven't gotten to know before.
   Making new friends is a great way to start the year and they could be BFF material.
    
3. Tell people how your day was.
   Instead of blowing your mom off when she asks you how school was dish about everything that happened.
    
4. Decide to do your best in the boring subjects.
   Remember that class you slept through last year? That one you just nearly passed? Well this year decide to do your absolute best in that class and give it your all. Your grades will thank you.
    
5. Be prepared.
   Do your homework before anything else when you get home. Get everything signed before morning. This way you'll never forget your homework again.
