EASY WAYS TO EAT YOUR LEAST FAVORITE FOODS

Everyone has some type of food that they avoid eating for good or bad reasons. It’s a good thing to hate soda, because it’s very unhealthy. But many of us don’t like eating foods that are essential for our bodies and have lots of important vitamins that can’t be found anywhere else. It might take awhile to stop running away and wincing at the sight of it, but the best way to start eating those yucky foods is to trick yourself. That’s right! Just find ways to hide it in your food and cook it a tasty way so you’ll enjoy it!

-Mushrooms
Before you make your usual order of cheese pizza, ask for veggie instead. You’ll get a colorful combo of onions, mushrooms, olives and peppers. But if that’s too much at one time, just ask for mushrooms and shake as much Parmesan cheese as you like.

-Beans
Instead of meat, add beans to your taco or burrito. Add cheese, lettuce and lots of taco sauce and you won’t notice the little veggies.

- Spinach
Update your Saturday morning omelet by tossing in some spinach. Prepare your omelet the usual way, then just add 1 cup of spinach leaves. Season with garlic and onion powder and salt and pepper and you’ve got a delicious meal Popeye would be proud of!

- Carrots
Carrots can be just like French fries. No really! Try a healthy snack of eating carrots with ranch or honey mustard and let the sweet savory sauce help you munch better.
