HOW TO PAMPER YOURSELF!

Have
you ever had one of those days where you are dying
with stress or pain? you never have to worry about
that again.
What you need:
- A trustworthy friend, sister, mom, etc.
- A good face mask (Miss O’s kitchen facials
are good) or a good facial cleanser; even a nice
lotion!
- Your favorite relaxing music
- Pedicure/manicure set
- Cucumber slices
- Your favorite blanket
- A place to lie down
Now, set up a spa by lying down on a soft blanket or
towel. Play the soft, relaxing music. Have your
therapist (friend) gently give you a facial with the
face mask or lotion and place cucumber slices on
your face. Have them give you a manicure or a
pedicure (which ever one you like). If you and your
friend want to, let her give you a gentle massage.
Now keep thinking about good things and things you
like. Then if you are ever stressed out again, you
know the treatment. And also, chocolate is the
girl’s best friend and yes you can use it as a form
of therapy. Just gently chew on bon bons of Hershey
kisses. (stay away from marshmallows and extra
sugary treats; they make you crazy) |
