Ever wondered if there was an easy way to just stop that nail biting?! Well here is your solution!

What you need:

• Duck Tape - any color (try pink!)
• A girl in need of serious Nail biting DIY Solution

Okay, this is what you need to do:

• Take the girl who is in need of a serious Nail Biting Solution and sit her down on a seat.
• If you want good results, clip the girl’s nails so they look fab and not drab when you pull the duck tape off of her nails.
• Next, put duck tape around every nail and be careful to put it on nicely so it looks really good!
• Once you’re done putting on the duck tape have some fun and doodle on the duck tape with little hearts and stars and a couple peace signs.
• Make sure that she doesn’t need to go anywhere- you don’t want to go to soccer practice with duck tape nails! (or do you?!)
• Do this for a couple of days and your girl won’t even want to get a nibble on that nail!
