CHILL AND SPILL
Sometimes, events take place that can totally change someone's life. Sometimes these events are awesome and will go down in history for being the best day of your life, but other times, these events can really bum you out. It's always best when something traumatic happens in your life to get it out and either talk to someone, or write it down.
One of the best ways to get your feelings out is to keep a journal and put down your feelings. Keeping everything bottled up inside can only lead to long term problems, that you wont want to deal with such as depression, panic disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder. No one wants to deal with these things because they just put a damper on your life.
