Who is your hero?

Mine is my Grandma. Her and my grandpa came to the US when they were 18 years old with nothing, not even a penny. Needless to say, they had a hard life and worked even harder. It was my grandma’s positive attitude that kept her and my grandpa going in the roughest of times. Her attitude, her love and her adorable smile make you feel like you can get through anything. They are so contagious! I hope that I can give all of this back to her, and to the rest of my family and friends.

A role model, or hero, is someone who inspires you and helps guide you in your decision-making and goals. It’s healthy to look up to someone who is a good influence on you.

How To Chill Out Facial

This is the best way to chill out!

You will need:
2 tablespoons of ground almonds
1 tablespoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
2 slices of cucumber

What to do:

  1. mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. apply quite thickly to your face.
  3. leave on for 15-20 minutes and whilest you wait, chill out by listening to some cool music and lying down comfortably.
  4. place a slice of cucumber over your eyes for extra relaxation.
  5. fill a bowl with warm water and remove from your face with a flannel or sponge.

If you have been successful your face will feel clean and refreshed! This facial is perfect for sleep-overs!
