I know she's pretty old, but I think she is so unique and tried doing things that no gymnasts or coaches ever thought of before. She invented moves that people didn't think could possibly be done. Here in the city, a lot of the YMCA's have gymnastics classes and when you think you're ready you can join the team. ^_^ Harlie

Q: "What is your fave trick in gymnastics?" Anna, 9, WI A: My favorite trick is a side aerial. For some reason this trick makes me feel the most free… like flying. For me it's the feeling. It's so different from summis where you are so tight. Layouts are pretty cool too! Harlie
Q: "I love gymnastics too and also cheerleading I have been doing them for a long time but I have a problem (weight) I am overweight and my coach said so but I can still do all my stunts but how can I lose the weight?" Morgan, 12, OH A: I'm so glad to hear that you are a gymnast and cheerleader. Some people might think that if they were overweight they wouldn't be able to do this kind of sport. You're proving that gymnastics is all about determination and understanding what your body can do. I'm also double jointed and can do really strange things with my shoulder blades. It creeps my mom out!
