"Well, when your mom or older sister thinks you should. Also, when your breasts develop more and more (When they at least have a raised bump!)! Also, if you think you're not ready for a soft-cup bra yet or your breasts haven't started to develop yet, yoou can always purchase a training bra or sports bra (I actually prefer sports bras!).
