"Yes, puberty can do that to you. Since your hormones are raging inside you, you can have mood swings. To help with the mood swings, write your feelings in a journal or take a warm bath. A plus with the bath is that a bath can soothe cramps also! -TeamKatniss/Peeta"

"Yes puberty can change your moods. When this happens its called a 'mood swing'. When I was going through mood swings I would be happy one moment playing around with my siblings and the next moment I would start yelling at them. Mood swings are very random and can catch you at any moment, you can't really stop it,but don't worry it will end soon ~sincerely Sarah"

"You can get moodswings and make your emotions all wonky. You just have to be careful what you say and remember to think things though. Or you could talk to your friends about it, they might have some helpful tips for you!"
