BREAK A BAD HABIT: STOP BITING YOUR NAILS
Biting your nails can be a hard habit to break, but one that's possible if you really want to stop nibbling.
There are some gross tasting "nail polishes" that you can apply on your nails (not matter how stubby!) that will slow you down your munching and give your nails some time to start growing.
