Are your jeans getting small for you? Follow these instructions and make good use of them instead of throwing them out!

What you need:
your old pair of jeans
sewing machine
thread cotton belt
some badges and glitter

Now here's what you HAVE to do! (don't forget to get an adult by your side

1. Button and zip the jeans and turn them inside out.
2. Ask an adult to cut off the jeans legs about three inches from the crotch.
3. Fold the cut off jeans, make sure to match up the side seams. Trim to make the legs even with each other.
4. Ask an adult to use the sewing machine to sew each leg opening closed, about one inch from the cut edge.
5. Turn the jeans right outside.
6. To make a handle, thread the cotton belt through the loops and tie the ends together.
7. To spice it up a bit put badges and add some glitter!
