STYLE FILE: HAIR
Q: How can I put my hair up every day so that I can be noticed. How can I make it so it is up all day? Please help me.

A:
Putting your hair up, or at least part way, is a great way to show off your natural features and add some major style to your everyday look.
Half & Half: This is a really versatile 'do that can be dressed up or down. Take sections of hair from above your ears and the top of your head and pull back to the middle of the back of your head, leaving the rest down. Fasten with your favorite clip (try one with sequins!) or make a mini ponytail with a small elastic. For a major style statement, tie a fun, colorful scarf around the top of your hair that's back and secure underneath your hair at your neck.
Pretty Pony: Ponytails aren't just for gym class or rainy days, they're now a fashionable look on even on the red carpet. Pull all your hair back up high and tight so it's about the same level as your eyes from the side and tie with a non-damaging elastic such as Scunci No Damage Elastics. For a fashionable touch, pull some strands out from the sides or curl ponytail ends with a curling iron.
For both styles, if you have bangs apply a little styling creme like John Frieda Frizz Ease Secret Weapon and blow dry them to the side. It's also great for taming pesky flyaways.
