Do you have millions of old tank tops clogging up your dresser drawer? Well here's a way to make some use out of them. Believe it or not, you can turn that old tank top into a new tote bag. Just follow these easy steps:

What You Need:

• An old tank top
• a needle
• some thread

What To Do:

Step One: Thread the needle.
Step Two: Sew the two bottom ends of the tank top together. The straps now function as handles!
Step Three: Express yourself on your new bag with some design! Or if you already like the design embroidered on the tank top, keep it the way it is!

SEWER'S TIP: To make sure your bag lasts, you can double stitch (go back and sew over your work again) to make the sewing stronger.

You can make dozens of these at a time because it's so easy and fast! It's a great project for a rainy day, or anytime you're bored!
