SPRING UP YOUR HAIR WITH DIY TISSUE FLOWERS

Things you will need...
- bobby pin
- two 2 ply tissue paper. (Colored look really
nice)
What to do...
Take the tissues and fold in half. Then fold it
like a Chinese fan. Take the bobby pin insert it
through the center of the Chinese fan. Now it will
look like a bow. Spread the bow and separate the two
2 ply tissues now. Do it gently otherwise the tissue
will rip. Fluff it up. And TA-DA you have a flower.
If you want to you can spray perfume on it.
