First, take a 12 inch pipe cleaner and coil it around the pencil. Then hook a 2 and a half inch white pipe cleaner between the third and fourth coil and around the bottom coil. For each wing, take two 4 inch black pipe cleaners and fold each in half. Then bend the ends.

Next, attach the wings by tucking the bent ends into the third and forth coil. Do the same on the other side. Using a pair scissors, cut a beak and feet out of orange craft foam. Glue them on with some craft foam. Finally, glue two googly eyes on the head.

Ta-da! Now you have a pipe cleaner penguin. You can give them out as gifts or do whatever you want with them!
