MAGNETIC PERSONALITY
Hair magnets give you the super-cool look of having beautiful jewels (or whatever you choose) floating on your hair! Now, rather than spending big bucks, you can adorn your lovely locks with homemade hair magnets and you'll be simply irresistible.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 2 Small magnets
  • Glue (Liquid Nails or E6000)
  • 6 inches of 1/8" ribbon
  • Rosettes, flowers, something small and decorative
  • Scissors
WHAT TO DO:
  • Place two magnets an inch or so apart on a metallic surface like the fridge.
  • Dab some glue on each one and lay the ribbon across them leaving equal tails on both ends. Use some other refrigerator magnets or scotch tape to hold the ribbon in place while the glue dries.
  • Once dry, slide the magnets off the fridge, being careful not to rip off the ribbon. The force is pretty strong, so watch out.
  • Put the magnets together, ribbon to ribbon, and place them back on the fridge as one unit.
  • Dab some glue on the magnet, stick on your flower or rosette and let it dry.
  • Decorate the tails with a bead or leave them plain.
You can use just one or a bunch to decorate your coif by placing your hair between the magnets. To take them out, pull the tails apart!
