You buy a black shirt. Then you get a color of paint and paintbrush. You should get a piece of cardboard to put under the shirt so the paint doesn’t seep through. Next go outside on a nice day with your supplies. After you set up, get a lot of paint on your paint brush and splatter it all over the shirt. Before you know it you have a splatter masterpiece!!
