This shows you how to make portraits…the fun way!
Make portraits of you, your pets or anything!
You need:
- Tracing paper (Available at Craft stores
such as A.C. Moore)
• Cardstock or normal paper
- A scanner or copier
- markers
- pencils
- paint
- a photo of what you want to make a portrait
of (can either be a photo or on your computer).
How to do it:
If you have your photo on your computer print
it. Place photo under a piece of tracing paper
and trace it with a pencil, very lightly. Give
color. Scan your tracing paper on to your
computer of place it in copier and print it.
You have finished your masterpiece, hope you had

DIY: COLLAGE BOOKMARKS

Collage bookmarks are easy to
make and great gift ideas! Here’s how to make one!
- Choose who you are going
to make one for.
- Cut out a piece of thin
cardboard or thick paper in the shape of your
choice.
- Think about what your
recipient likes. Cut out pictures from magazines
or advertisements that match their interests.
- Use a glue stick to
spread glue over both sides of the cardboard or
paper.
- Stick pictures over glue
until bookmark is completely covered with the
images.
- Use a hole punch to
punch a hole at the top of your bookmark.
- Tie cool ribbon,
yarn, or string onto the bookmark from the hole.
Now you’re finished!
