Steven Greenfield serves as General Counsel for HDGroup, LLC, managing business issues pertaining to governance, intellectual property, contracts, licenses, the Internet and other company related activities.

Steven is concurrently a partner at the national law firm of Jenkens and Gilchrist, where his practice focuses on intellectual property and the procurement and protection of patents, trademarks and copyrights. He specializes in negotiating complex agreements involving the licensed manufacturing or the licensed sale of goods or services, which are associated with or protected by patents, trademarks, or copyrights to various Fortune 50 companies worldwide. Steven is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and is licensed to practice law in Texas, Pennsylvania and Washington D.C. He speaks on various aspects of intellectual property at corporate and specialized business meetings and instructs the Patent Resource Group's course titled Crafting and Drafting Winning Patents.

Steven graduated from Temple University School of Law in 1992 and obtained a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1985. Between degrees, he designed microprocessor-based electronics presently installed in U.S. Airforce and Navy jets.
