Dr. Lendenmann consults to general and direct marketing agencies, research and professional service firms in the United States, Canada and Europe. His background includes Partner-in-Charge of KPMG LLP (US) International Marketing & Communications (Amsterdam, NL), Senior Partner-Managing Director of Account Planning at Bozell Worldwide and Senior Account Management and Dentsu Young & Rubicam among others. Dr. Lendenmann's clients included the U.S Olympic Committee, Hilton, Taylor Made, AirTouch -Verizon Wireless, Los Angeles Times, Western Digital, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Westin Hotels, Rothmans Canada, Labatt, Dominion Stores and Bell Canada.
Commensurate with his industry involvement, for over 10 years Dr. Lendenmann taught consumer research/behavior, strategic market planning and integrated marketing at UCLA and then at UC Irvine. Dr. Lendenmann is a past board member of the Direct Marketing Club of Southern California and an advisory board member for the University of California, Irvine.
After earning his BA in psychology from the University of California, San Diego, Dr. Lendenmann earned his PhD in psychology from the University of Toronto, completing a post-doctoral fellowship in marketing research for the National Sciences & Engineering Research Council (Canada).
