Jessica Ritter
EVP, Senior Partner, Operations
Jessica Ritter serves as EVP, Senior Partner, Operations of HDGroup, LLC, inclusive of managing website strategy and content, new game development, database management, research and usage analysis, and technology coordination.
Previously, Jessica served as the Director of Marketing and Communications for IntelliSpace, an ISP in NYC, where she managed strategy, new products, corporate websites and intranets, as well as company-wide infrastructure improvements.
Prior to IntelliSpace, Jessica worked for William M. Mercer Consulting, managing both print and web-based communications between clients, internal teams and outside vendors. While serving in this role, Jessica created several project management systems, which became widely used throughout the company as “best practices” for internal and external project management processes.
