Jean Russo Gould
Partner, Business Development

Born in Berkeley, CA, 43 years ago, Ms. Gould completed her advanced degrees at The George Washington University with an M.A. in International Affairs and a Graduate Certificate in Arts Administration from American University. After relocating to Los Angeles, CA, Ms. Gould worked in the entertainment industry for Atlantic Entertainment Group which produced many award winning films such as "A World Apart" with Barbara Hershey and "1969" with Kiefer Sutherland, Robert Downey Jr. and Winona Ryder. Later she worked for a talent management firm named Addis, Wechsler and Associates. After moving back to Cincinnati, OH to raise her two children, Ms. Gould co-produced the independent film, "Dead Funny", a black comedy featuring Andrew McCarthy and Elizabeth Pena and was the Creative Affairs Director in charge of the feature film, Flashfire. She then built a successful landscape design firm which eventually included a large nursery and an installation company as well. Last year, Ms. Gould sold her business and is currently a co-producer of the feature film, "Alice" based on the children's book series by Newbery award winning author, Phyllis Reynolds Naylor which is currently in post production. Concurrently, she is in pre-production on the independent feature film, "Joy" to be shot in Cincinnati, OH later this year and is working on the development of a television series, created from the de facto website for tweens, Miss O &Friends, by girls…for girlsŪ. Ms. Gould also has a slate of other entertainment properties that are being developed for production.
