THE BAD NEWS BEARS (PG-13)
An updated version of the classic smash hit of the same name from the 1970s, here, Billy Bob Thornton stars as a washed up ex-ball player who gets roped in to coaching a local little league team – the losingest team of, well, losers, in town. Through a series of comical (and poignant) events, we begin to root for the underdog Bears and are quite pleased with the feel good ending. Rent this one for family movie night (or better, get the original, it's timeless and a true classic.)
